Machine stock

Swiss-type TORNOS lathes constitute 90% of our machine stock, with additional CNC lathes of the Japanese Nakamura-Tome brand. All our machines have at least 8 controlled axes, counter spindle, and driven set in most positions of both spindles. All machines are fitted with automatic 3-m bar feeders. Profile bars (e.g. 6HR, 4HR) may be processed with the Nakamura machine. Our production capacity for small diameters (up to 10 mm) custom machining is largest in Czechia. We have machines of the following types:

• TORNOS EvoDeco 10
• TORNOS Deco 20
• Nakamura-Tome WT-150

Our machines are best suited for large-series production of highly complex and precise parts, preferably symmetrical axially, produced in one operation (i.e. the fully finished part leaves the machine). The minimum production series is from 5,000 complex to 20,000 simple parts for one setting of the machine. We do not offer single part or prototype production except providing samples of serial production for our clients.

Other options

Parts manufactured by us may be used for further modifications and operations, such as microdot marking, manual or mechanical deburring. We can also provide 100% checking of the required dimensions. Surface treatment and hardening, as well as 3D measurements, are available in cooperation with third parties. We also offer marking and small assembling or packing in special packages as required by the given client.
